We were fortunate to have a direct delivery. Everything made it and in pretty good shape. Our driver was extremely nice, professional, and experienced.

Two gentlemen from San Diego that came out and packed/moved our household from Jacksonville, FL to Hampton, VA were fantastic. The local help hired from an agency in Jacksonville (not affiliated with American Van Lines) were not the best. But the drivers from So Cal were fantastic, hard working, and deserve recognition.
Kevin and his team were amazing! Everything was packaged and shipped excellently, no damage, not even a scratch! Kevin kept in touch and everything went off on schedule without a hitch. Thank you so much!
